The Los Angeles Lakers have been a polarizing team for NBA fans this season.
They started the season with a rocky start, and there was a stretch where some believed this team was going to miss the playoffs.
While that was the case early on, things have started to pick up for the Lakers, especially now that they have Luka Doncic, and they are starting to gain more and more traction as the weeks go on.
Some people still question their ability to hang with some of the best teams in the league, but if you ask analyst Jovan Buha, he’s all-in on them.
“Post Luka trade, I think that this is a group that can certainly make the conference finals, if not finals, and potentially win the championship,” Buha said.

Buha has the Lakers as his fourth-best team in the league after the Boston Celtics, Oklahoma City Thunder, and Cleveland Cavaliers, believing they have a chance to beat anyone that they set their mind to.
He doesn’t have them as his best team yet, but there’s still plenty of time for this team to move up in his rankings.
The bottom line, at least in Buha’s mind, is that the Lakers are brimming with potential.
Having LeBron James and Doncic on the same team was only dreamed about in the past, or a chance in an All-Star Game, but the Lakers found a way to bring them together.
